| 我對《截取通訊及監察條例》的辯論結果感到十分失望，泛民提出逾百項的修訂，宣佈全軍覆沒....
我差不多整個辯論都有看，在整個立法過程，不僅體現了行政主導，更甚是，是行政霸道。
泛民派（特別是公民黨的吳藹兒及民主黨的涂申）為了他們的修訂案聲西力竭，縱使他們提出多麼有力的論據，那班以維持行政主導為己任的保皇黨卻不多理會，甚至冷言冷語。
保皇黨在整個辯論過程發言甚少，更遑論反駁泛民的論點，但一出言便口出狂言，劉江華斥泛民為“反對派”，為反對而反對，更指他們正破壞社會治安。很明顯，劉江華是對人不對事，究竟，誰在為支持而支持，誰在逆公義而行？誰在做反派？
除此之外，此例子更進一步證明了議會政治的無能。縱使泛民的努力能換取選票，但究竟入局後，對制衡行政機關又有甚麼幫助呢？所以，這是一個時候，讓民主派人士重新檢討他們的方向，應否重回街頭政治的時代？
多謝長毛，提醒我以公共財政為理由限制議員的只是草案，而不包括修訂案。祝你成功啦！

yesterday , able to downgrade the PSP to 1.5 version( of cos not by me la, the steps are so complicated, make it in TV game shop), i finally escape from buying expensive UMD, play downloaded free game from internet. p.s, sorry, sony and game maker, i am so poor, forgive me la..haha
and i am waiting my old fd "dreamcast" coming back, it is broken down, waiting for repairing, wanna to play virtual striker and tennis again, also "house of dead".
PS2 , u are juz a platform for me to play "winning" with my brother...
beach and football pitch are the playing place for mostly in my summer....

1.why HK tax base is narrow?? (is gap between rich and poor is large a...)
2.widen the tax base, GST is the best and only choice??(how about lower the tax allowance in income tax?)
3.GST is a regressive tax(poor need pay more tax),in order to "maintain the steady financial buget" , all cost can be not care???(money is the only value in society?how about fair and 社會公義?)
